RESEARCH AND SOURCING (2 days)
Our sourcing team scours our network of suppliers in China and Asia to identify materials that meet composition, texture, and sustainability requirements.

SAMPLES AND LAB TESTING (2 days)
Selected materials are sampled and tested (color fastness, shrinkage, resistance, etc.) to ensure compliance with brand standards.

COSTING AND QUOTATION (1 day)
Transparent quotation according to minimums, lead times, and finishes.

SAMPLE APPROVALS (7 days)
Final approval of samples and colors (lab dips, swatches, cards) before volume production.
06.
PRODUCTION AND QUALITY CONTROL (20 days)
Mass production under continuous monitoring — including random inspections to verify color consistency, weight, and finish.

IN-LINE AND FINAL INSPECTION (1 day)
Final approval of samples and colors (lab dips, swatches, cards) before volume production.

EXPORT AND DELIVERY (3 days)
We coordinate logistics, documentation, and consolidation, ensuring fast and safe delivery to the manufacturing destination or the client's warehouse.
